Job summary

Axis My India Limited is seeking a Field Supervisor to lead the local field force across the West Region, including Maharashtra, Nagpur, Pune, and surrounding areas. The role requires hands-on training, coordination of field tasks, and ensuring app download drives along with event logistics.

You will report to the Regional Coordinator, travel up to 15 days per month, and stay aligned with company policies and timelines.

• Must stay up to date on the latest industry trends and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, coach, train, and monitor the local field force.
• Self‑conduct door‑to‑door interviews and drive platform app downloads.
• Take full accountability for getting all assigned field tasks completed on schedule.
• Organize camp events, health screenings and execute product sampling.
• Manage vehicles, equipment kits and collaborate with Head Office.
