Qualifications

• 4-9 years of experience in After Sales Service or related field.
• Proficient in MS Excel and related tools.
• Strong understanding of Service Operations, Service Partner Handling, and After Sales Service principles.
• Excellent communication skills for handling complex customer interactions.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while prioritizing multiple tasks.
