Job summary

Ozone Corp Private Limited is seeking a service professional in Bengaluru to manage installation, breakdowns, warranty and preventive maintenance services. The role will also develop the ASP/service-centre network and ensure availability of spares while monitoring SLA, TAT, first-time-fix and escalations.

The candidate should have 3–5 years of service/after-sales experience with ASP/vendor management and multi-location service operations, and hold a Diploma/ Graduation/ B.E. / B.

Responsibilities

• Manage installation, breakdown, warranty and preventive maintenance services.
• Manage and develop the ASP / service-centre network.
• Monitor SLA, TAT, first-time-fix, repeat complaints and pending calls.
• Ensure availability and control of service spares and inventory.
• Manage service escalations and key customer complaints.
• Drive AMC sales, renewals and preventive maintenance.
• Monitor ASP performance, manpower, productivity and compliance.
• Coordinate with Sales, Projects, SCM, Quality and Technical teams.
• Prepare service MIS and implement corrective actions for recurring issues.

Education

Diploma/ Graduation/ B.E. / B. Tech Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic preferred.
