Job summary

autoprint is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, commission, troubleshoot, and service digital finishing machines across the assigned territory in India. The role involves extensive travel to customer sites and hands-on maintenance and commissioning tasks.

You will train customers, support sales demonstrations, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure optimal machine performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Preferred Profile

• 2–5 years of experience in field service, machine installation, commissioning, or maintenance.
• Experience with industrial machinery, printing/finishing equipment, automation machinery, or similar capital equipment will be an advantage.
• Candidates with hands-on experience in both mechanical and electrical troubleshooting are preferred.
