Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an on-site technical professional to perform installation, training, repair and maintenance of medical equipment at end-user locations. The role includes handling customer communications, supporting sales and dealers, and completing prescribed trainings to ensure high-quality service.

• Take responsibility of technical intervention on site: installation, training, repairing, maintenance, and technical support to keep machines running at end-user sites.
• Contact customers and supply necessary support to build and maintain good customer relationships.
• Provide support to sales and dealers teams to directly push sales business.
• Pass technical training and tests, maintaining and improving personal technical skills to sustain high-quality service.
