Naukai Assist (pharma) seeks a Pharma Sales Trainer to train and prepare the companys field sales team. The role focuses on delivering product knowledge, therapy areas, and selling skills to doctors and field reps. You will conduct classroom and online sessions, track progress, and coordinate training plans.

Ideal candidates are experienced in pharmaceutical sales training, with ability to engage trainees and improve sales conversations. Travel may be required to train teams in various locations.

• Keep trainees engaged and motivated
• Assess whether trainees have understood the training
