Job summary

Roth Pets Private Limited in Mumbai is seeking a Field Sales Representative (B2B) to expand its pet-care product reach in the assigned territory. The role involves visiting pet stores, clinics, grooming centers, and other partners, demonstrating products and building relationships.

You will negotiate, close sales, follow up on orders, and gather market feedback while traveling regularly by two-wheeler or public transport. 1-3 years in field sales and strong communication are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of field/B2B/Retail sales experience, FMCG a plus.
• Excellent communication and strong presentation skills.

• Willingness to travel daily within Mumbai territory.

Responsibilities

As we expand our presence across Mumbai, we are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Field Sales Executive/Representative.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular field visits to pet stores, veterinary clinics, grooming centers, pet trainers and other pet-care businesses across the assigned territory.

• Approach new businesses, introduce Roth Wipes products and explain their features, benefits and applications.
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations to help potential clients understand the value of our products.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with store owners, veterinarians, groomers and other business partners.
• Convert potential clients into customers by confidently presenting products, handling objections and closing sales.
• Follow up with existing customers, encourage repeat orders and maintain long-term business relationships.
• Understand customer requirements, gather market feedback and identify new sales opportunities.
• Maintain records of daily field visits, customer interactions, sales orders and follow-ups.

Eligibility & Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in field sales, B2B sales, retail sales, FMCG sales or a related customer-facing sales role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to approach and interact with new customers.
• Strong product presentation and demonstration skills.
• Ability to build relationships, negotiate and convert customer interest into sales.
• Comfortable visiting multiple businesses daily and working independently in the field.
• Self-motivated, proactive and target-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the assigned Mumbai sales territory.
• Ability to commute using a personal two-wheeler or public transport.
• Basic ability to maintain sales records and provide timely updates.
• Interest in pets and pet-care products is an advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

We are looking for a confident, outgoing and persuasive individual who enjoys interacting with people and building meaningful business relationships.

The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with the founder, receive hands-on product training and gain direct exposure to building and expanding a growing pet-care brand.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable walking into a new store, introducing themselves, demonstrating a product, answering questions and convincing the business owner to give the product a try.

We value strong communication skills, a positive attitude, relationship-building ability and a willingness to learn over experience in any specific industry.

Compensation & Benefits

• Fixed Salary: 25,00030,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
• Performance-Based Incentives: May be provided upon achieving assigned sales targets, subject to company policy.

Working Days & Timings

• Working Hours: 10:00 AM 6:00 PM
• Working Days: Monday to Friday and 1st, 3rd & 5th Saturdays
• Weekly Off: Sundays and 2nd & 4th Saturdays
