Role Overview

We are seeking a Sales Executive – Tele Sales who will be responsible for driving sales, managing retailer relationships, and ensuring smooth communication across multiple channels. This role is central to maintaining our retailer network, handling follow-ups, and supporting both sales and supplier calls.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct sales calls with retailers to promote and sell Petblush products.
• Make collections calls to ensure timely payments from clients.
• Handle Leads from IndiaMart / other channels and convert inquiries into sales.
• Assist with supplier calls and customer calls when required.
• Maintain and update CRM tools, sales trackers, and Excel reports.
• Share updated catalogs with retailers and prospects.
• Provide regular reporting and follow-up to the sales team and management.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in tele sales / inside sales / customer handling (FMCG, pet, or consumer goods background preferred).
• Decent communication and persuasion skills in Hindi and English (other regional languages are a plus).
• Basic proficiency in Excel and CRM tools.
• Ability to manage multiple calls, follow-ups, and leads efficiently.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and disciplined in maintaining records.
