Job Description

• Energy and customer focus to visit customers' homes, conduct eye tests, and sell Lenskart spectacles.
• Visit customers' homes based on scheduled appointments.
• Conduct eye tests using specialized equipment.
• Sell Lenskart spectacles and provide exceptional customer service.
• Carry a 18–20 kg bag with eye check equipment and eyewears.
• Meet sales targets and earn attractive commissions.

Compensation Package

• Variable compensation based on sales performance.
• Travel allowance Rs 3 per km.

Training

• 30‑day comprehensive job training.
• Support and product training.

Requirements

• Graduate or Diploma holder or 12th pass with at least 1 year of experience.
• Must own a bike (two‑wheeler) and possess a valid driving license.
