Job summary

Adecco India is hiring for a Field Sales Executive (IMMEDIATE JOINERS) in the building materials sector. Fresher or candidates ready to work in field sales, under 40 years old, located in Punjab / Haryana / Rajasthan. CTC up to 3 LPA plus incentives and travel allowances. Local languages are mandatory; bike and license required to operate in the field.

The role focuses on identifying opportunities, developing strategies, and building strong client relationships while achieving sales targets.

• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Generate inquiries, provide quotations, and follow up to close sales.
