Job summary

Naukripay in Delhi seeks a Field Sales Representative to drive sales strategies, attract new clients and close deals to achieve quotas. You will source leads, qualify prospects and negotiate to maximise revenue.

The role requires outdoor sales activity, relationship-building with clients, and effective use of CRM tools to track progress. Growth opportunities exist within a competitive, performance-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Quota over-achievement demonstrated in prior roles.
• Experience with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
• Familiarity with varying sales techniques and pipeline management.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Get the sale using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations etc).
• Forecast sales, develop innovative sales strategies and evaluate their effectiveness.

Field Sales Representative to develop sales strategies and attract new clients. The successful salesperson will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services. As an outside Sales Representative, or Sales Agent, they will also research sales competition.
