Job summary

NoBroker is hiring for a PNM (packer and movers) FRM role in Bengaluru. You will meet customers, explain services and subscription plans, and persuade them to buy. You will conduct physical inspections at client homes when needed and manage partner relationships, including onboarding and quality reviews.

Requires field sales experience, a two-wheeler with driving license, and Hindi language proficiency. Daily travel about 50km and incentives are provided according to performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum field sales experience is required.
• Hindi language is mandatory for the role.
• Candidate must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.

Role & responsibilities:

Candidate needs to meet customers, explain Packers & Movers services and subscription plans, and convince customers to purchase the service.

1. Physical inspection at Client residence whenever required

2. Handling & Managing Service partners assigned to them (Complete Account management of assigned service partners, issues handling, payment related issues, Review, Quality control etc)

3. Hunting and On boarding new partners from the city (As per our protocol addition of new partner & Training of partners)

Two wheeler and driving license is mandatory.

Preferred candidate profile:

Need minimum field sales experience

Salary: 21,000 to 27000 (30 ctc) (based on experience and previous take-home salary). Additionally incentives and petrol allowance
