Caliber Inno Enterprise in Delhi NCR is seeking a Field Sales Executive to meet salon owners and decision-makers, demo our SaaS CRM, and close deals in the field. You will travel across Delhi NCR to demonstrate value and onboard clients.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and a willingness to work six days a week. Freshers with strong speaking skills are welcome, with growth into senior sales roles possible.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and convincing skills are essential.
• Strong negotiation ability and confidence handling objections.
• Must own a two-wheeler for daily travel across NCR.
• Comfortable with field sales and a 6-day work week.
• Freshers with strong communication skills welcome; prior field sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet salon owners, managers & decision-makers face-to-face across Delhi NCR
• Deliver live CRM software demos and explain business value
• Negotiate and close sales deals in the field
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients for repeat business
• Track competitor activity and market trends in salon/beauty industry
• Submit Daily Sales Report (DSR) and coordinate onboarding with internal teams
