Job summary

Rentokil PCI in India is seeking a Field Sales Executive to drive pest control solutions across Baddi and surrounding areas. You will identify opportunities, engage with prospects, and close deals while aligning with our sales strategy.

Fresher graduates with strong communication and networking skills; you will work with the service team, manage proposals, and contribute to revenue growth. Attractive base salary, annual bonus, and health insurance are provided.

Qualifications

• Graduate or MBA fresher with good sales knowledge and communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and networking skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and negotiate with clients.

Responsibilities

• Identify, source and secure long term and short-term pest control opportunities.
• Develop new business opportunities within current and new customer bases per sales strategy.
• Maintain client retention by ensuring ongoing expectations are met.
• Manage day-to-day sales activities, including proposals, service agreements and prospecting.
• Support the service team by providing customer feedback.
• Develop good client relationships and provide reports as required.
• Assist with debt collection.

Field Sales Executive - Baddi Rentokil PCI Rentokil PCI is the leading pest control service provider in India. Responsibilities

• To identify, source and secure both long term and short-term pest control & prevention business opportunities.
• To develop new business opportunities within current and new customer bases in accordance with the sales strategy.

• To manage day to day sales activities, including proposal, service agreement, and prospecting and market development.
• To support the service team by providing customer feedback.
• To develop good client relationships.
