Job summary

Rentokil Initial in Maharashtra is seeking a Graduate/MBA fresher to lead pest control sales and develop new business opportunities. You will identify prospects, secure long- and short-term opportunities, and work to retain clients by meeting expectations.

The role covers day-to-day sales activities, including proposals, service agreements, and market development, while supporting the service team with feedback and building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Graduate or MBA fresher with good sales knowledge and communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to negotiate with clients.

Responsibilities

• To identify, source and secure both long term and short-term pest control & prevention business opportunities.
• To develop new business opportunities within current and new customer bases in accordance with the sales strategy.
• To look after client retention by ensuring customers’ ongoing expectations is met.
• To manage day to day sales activities, including proposal, service agreement, and prospecting and market development.
• To support the service team by providing customer feedback.
• To develop good client relationships.
• To provide reports as per the requirement.
• To assist with debt collection
