Rentokil Initial Hygiene India Private Limited in Rajkot is seeking a Field Sales Executive to identify and win pest control opportunities, develop new business, and maintain strong client relationships.

You will manage day-to-day sales activities, including proposals and service agreements, and support the service team with customer feedback. Fresh graduates with strong sales and communication skills are welcome.

Qualifications

• Graduate or MBA fresher with good sales knowledge and communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and networking skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and negotiate with clients.

Responsibilities

• Identify, source and secure pest control opportunities.
• Develop new business within current and new customer bases per sales strategy.
• Look after client retention by meeting ongoing expectations.
• Manage day to day sales activities, including proposals, service agreements, and prospecting and market development.
• Support the service team by providing customer feedback.
• Develop good client relationships.
• Provide reports as required.
• Assist with debt collection.

Field Sales Executive - Rajkot

Your day to day responsibilities will include:

• To identify, source and secure both long term and short-term pest control & prevention business opportunities.
• To develop new business opportunities within current and new customer bases in accordance with the sales strategy.
• To look after client retention by ensuring customers' ongoing expectations is met.
• To manage day to day sales activities, including proposal, service agreement, and prospecting and market development.
• To support the service team by providing customer feedback.
• To develop good client relationships.
• To provide reports as per the requirement.
• To assist with debt collection.
