Job summary

Rentokil PCI in India seeks a Graduate/MBA fresher with strong sales and communication skills to drive pest control business. You will identify opportunities, build relationships with clients, and manage end-to-end sales activities—from proposals to agreements—while supporting service delivery and debt collection.

This role offers growth and exposure in a leading pest control organization. The position emphasizes building client networks, negotiating with customers, and contributing to revenue

Responsibilities

• Identify, source and secure long-term and short-term pest control opportunities.
• Develop new business opportunities within current and new customer bases.
• Look after client retention by meeting ongoing expectations.
• Manage day-to-day sales activities: proposals, service agreements, prospecting and market development.
• Support the service team by providing customer feedback.
• Develop good client relationships.
• Provide reports as required.
• Assist with debt collection.

Your day to day responsibilities will include:

• To identify, source and secure both long term and short-term pest control & prevention business opportunities.

• To develop new business opportunities within current and new customer bases in accordance with the sales strategy.

• To look after client retention by ensuring customers’ ongoing expectations is met.

• To manage day to day sales activities, including proposal, service agreement, and prospecting and market development.

• To support the service team by providing customer feedback.

• To develop good client relationships.

• To provide reports as per the requirement.

• To assist with debt collection
