Job summary

Rentokil PCI in India is seeking a graduate or MBA fresher with strong sales knowledge and communication skills to join our sales team in Gurugram. You will identify, source and secure pest control opportunities and develop new business within existing and new customer bases.

You will build good client relationships, support with proposals and service agreements, and help with debt collection while contributing to monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Graduate or MBA fresher with good sales knowledge and communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and networking abilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively and negotiate with clients.

Responsibilities

• Identify, source and secure long-term and short-term pest control opportunities.
• Develop new business opportunities within existing and new customer bases.
• Maintain client retention by meeting customer expectations.
• Manage day-to-day sales activities, including proposals and service agreements.
• Support the service team with customer feedback.
• Develop good client relationships and provide required reports.
• Assist with debt collection.

Your day to day responsibilities will include:

• To identify, source and secure both long term and short-term pest control & prevention business opportunities.
• To develop new business opportunities within current and new customer bases in accordance with the sales strategy.
• To look after client retention by ensuring customers’ ongoing expectations is met.
• To manage day to day sales activities, including proposal, service agreement, and prospecting and market development.
• To support the service team by providing customer feedback.
• To develop good client relationships.
• To provide reports as per the requirement.
• To assist with debt collection
