Job summary

Blackbuck is hiring a Customer Relationship Partner in Mumbai. The role covers on-site engagement with SME customers to understand FTL needs and offer suitable logistics solutions. You will actively visit prospects, network, and drive sales while maintaining strong client relationships and high service levels.

Two-wheeler is mandatory for field work; prior field sales experience is preferred. The position involves traveling across listed locations in and around Mumbai to grow the customer base

• Acquire new customers through field visits, networking, and sales activities.

• Ensure excellent customer service and high customer satisfaction.
• Identify upselling opportunities and grow business from existing customers.
• Convert prospects into customers and expand the customer base.
