Job summary

Real Boosting is seeking a Field Executive ZED Facilitator to support manufacturing units in understanding, registering for, and completing the ZED Certification process. The role combines field visits, client coordination, documentation, portal management, and on-site verification.

Training will be provided to selected candidates. Typical requirements include a Bachelor's degree, 1+ year field work, and own bike with a smartphone.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or graduate.
• Minimum 1 year of field work experience is mandatory.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with field visits and traveling to manufacturing units.

Responsibilities

• Explain the ZED Certification process, benefits, and requirements to manufacturing units.
• Assist manufacturing units with registration on the ZED portal.
• Guide clients through Bronze, Silver, and Gold certification levels.
• Assist clients in preparing and uploading required documents, photographs on the ZED portal.
• Coordinate submission of required photographs (including up to 45 photos).
• Conduct field visits to manufacturing units to verify processes and compliance.

Field Executive ZED Facilitator

About the Role

We are looking for a Field Executive ZED Facilitator to support manufacturing units in understanding, registering for, and completing the ZED (Zero Defect Zero Effect) Certification process.

The role involves a combination of field visits, client coordination, documentation, portal management, and on-site verification. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, be comfortable with field work, and have a willingness to learn.

About ZED Certification

ZED (Zero Defect Zero Effect) Certification is a government initiative designed to help manufacturing units improve product quality, operational efficiency, workplace practices, and environmental performance.

Manufacturing units can achieve different certification levels, including Bronze, Silver, and Gold, based on their compliance and performance against defined ZED standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Explain the ZED Certification process, benefits, and requirements to manufacturing units.
• Assist manufacturing units with registration on the ZED portal.
• Guide clients through the Bronze, Silver, and Gold certification levels.
• Assist clients in preparing and uploading the required documents, photographs, and supporting evidence on the ZED portal.
• Coordinate the submission of required photographs (including up to 45 photos for applicable requirements).
• Conduct field visits to manufacturing units to understand and verify their processes and compliance with ZED standards.
• Support manufacturing units in identifying gaps and understanding the requirements for certification.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, documentation, visits, and certification-related activities.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure the certification process is completed smoothly.
• Provide regular updates on the progress of assigned manufacturing units.
