Job summary

SuryaSangam is seeking a Field Executive – ZED to onboard and guide Manufacturing MSMEs toward Zero Defect Zero Effect certification under the MSME Sustainable (ZED) Certification Scheme. The role involves practical exposure to MSME operations, sustainability, and quality systems through extensive fieldwork.

The position offers hands‑on experience with government programs, coordination with district officials, and a route to Bronze/Silver/Gold ZED certification as part of the program.

Qualifications

• Graduate (Any discipline) is acceptable.
• 1 year preferred in MSME sector, field projects, government schemes, CSR, sustainability, quality, or industrial engagement.
• Fresh graduates with strong field orientation may apply.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field outreach, awareness, and mobilization activities among eligible Manufacturing MSMEs.
• Assist MSMEs in ZED portal registration, pledge completion, and dashboard navigation.
• Support MSMEs in collection, verification, and uploading of required documentation for ZED Bronze/Silver/Gold Certification.
• Guide enterprises on basic quality, safety, energy efficiency, environmental, and workplace practices aligned with ZED parameters.
• Coordinate with district officials, industry associations, and program partners.
• Maintain accurate field records, progress trackers, and periodic reports.
• Ensure compliance with program timelines, guidelines, and quality benchmarks.

About the Role

The Field Executive – ZED will act as a grassroots facilitator to onboard, guide, and support Manufacturing MSMEs in adopting Zero Defect Zero Effect (ZED) practices and achieving ZED Bronze/Silver/Gold Certification under the MSME Sustainable (ZED) Certification Scheme. This role provides practical exposure to MSME operations, sustainability frameworks, quality systems, and large-scale government programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field outreach, awareness, and mobilization activities among eligible Manufacturing MSMEs
• Assist MSMEs in ZED portal registration, pledge completion, and dashboard navigation
• Support MSMEs in collection, verification, and uploading of required documentation for ZED Bronze/Silver/Gold Certification

Required Skills & Competencies

• Basic understanding of MSME manufacturing and operations
• Ability to support documentation and compliance processes
• Strong communication skills (Hindi mandatory; basic English preferred)
• Willingness to undertake extensive fieldwork and MSME visits
• Comfortable using mobile applications and online portals
• Good coordination, reporting, and time-management skills
• Candidate with own two-wheeler / vehicle will be preferred for field mobility

Compensation & Benefits

• Initial Engagement: First 3 Months
• Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 per month
• Travel Allowance: Up to ₹3,000 per month (as per actual travel)
• Performance Incentives: Linked to MSME onboarding, documentation quality, and certification progress
• Overall monthly earnings (including incentives): ~₹20,000 per month
• Post 3 Months (Based on Performance) – Revised Monthly Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
