Job summary

ACT Fibernet in Delhi is seeking dynamic Sales Specialists for direct field sales to grow our broadband subscriber base. You will conduct D2D visits, map apartments, and run society campaigns to acquire new customers, explaining high-speed plans and OTT offerings.

Freshers with strong communication are welcome. A two-wheeler with a valid license is required. The role offers a fixed monthly salary with uncapped incentives, conveyance allowance, and corporate medical insurance.

Responsibilities

• Direct Sales: conduct door-to-door visits to acquire new subscribers.

• Target Achievement: meet weekly and monthly onboarding targets.

Role:- Sales Specialist- Broadband (Field Sales / On-Role)

Location:- Delhi

Experience:- 0 to 10 Years (Freshers with good communication skills are highly welcome)

Key Responsibilities

• Direct Sales: Conduct door-to-door (D2D) visits, apartment mapping, and society campaigns to acquire new broadband subscribers.
• LeadGeneration: Identify high-potential residential areas, apartments, and commercial complexes to create new sales opportunities.
• Product Demo: Explain ACT Fibernet's high-speed plans, Wi‑Fi solutions, and premium OTT entertainment packages to potential customers.
• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed the assigned weekly and monthly customer onboarding and activation targets.
• Documentation: Collect accurate KYC documents, forms, and customer details for smooth onboarding

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Minimum 10th Pass or Graduate in any field.
• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Mandatory: Must own a Two-Wheeler(with a valid Driving License) Candidates with prior experience in Telecom, ISP, BFSI, FMCG, or Field Sales will have an added advantage.
