Job summary

TeamLease is urgently hiring for a Senior Sales Associate Broadband Sales to cover multiple Delhi NCR locations including Greater Noida, Noida, Ghaziabad and Gurugram. The role focuses on driving broadband sales through retailers and channel partners, onboarding retailers, regular visits, lead follow-up and building a robust retailer network.

• 2–3 years of experience in Broadband / Telecom Sales
• Minimum 1 year of Retail Channel Management & Sales experience
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Experience in retailer lead generation & lead tracking
• Strong relationship-building and field-sales skills
• Experience in building a channel network from scratch will be an added advantage

Responsibilities

• Drive broadband sales through retailers, channel partners & customer touchpoints.
• Onboard new retailers and generate regular sales leads.
• Regularly visit active retailers and maintain strong business relationships.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into broadband customers.
• Manage retailer branding and improve company's visibility.
• Coordinate with installation teams for timely customer installations.
• Achieve monthly Active Retailer Outlet & GAD targets.
• Build and maintain a strong retailer/channel partner network.
