UMA Rubber And Plastic Product, Ahmedabad-based manufacturer of industrial rubber and silicone products, is seeking a field sales professional to generate and follow up leads, visit customers, prepare quotations, and coordinate samples.

The role focuses on industrial B2B customers, requires travel within the territory, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a track record of meeting monthly/quarterly targets.

Qualificações

• Experience in industrial B2B sales or field sales.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Generate and follow up on leads for rubber and silicone industrial products across assigned territory.
• Visit prospective and existing industrial/OEM customers to understand technical requirements.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, coordinate samples/trials with the technical team.
• Build and maintain relationships with purchase and engineering departments at customer companies.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and report pipeline status to the reporting manager.
• Maintain and update customer/lead data in the tracker.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in industrial B2B sales, technical sales, or field sales
• Comfortable with field travel within the assigned territory
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred
