Disha Estate Management in Ahmedabad is seeking a proactive Field Sales Executive to drive real estate sales. You will generate leads, conduct site visits, explain features and pricing, and support the sales team in hitting targets.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in field sales, strong communication, and a customer‑centric approach. A graduate with CRM/MS Office knowledge and a two‑wheeler license is preferred.

Qualifications

1–2 years of Field Sales experience in real estate, BFSI, insurance, telecom or similar customer-facing roles.

Role Summary

We are seeking an energetic and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to drive sales for our real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting site visits, converting prospects into customers, and supporting the sales team in achieving business goals.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a passion for field sales.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Lead Generation

Generate leads through field activities, references, campaigns, and local market networking.
Meet prospective customers and explain project features, pricing, and investment benefits.
Conduct regular follow-ups with potential customers to maximize conversions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Client Meetings & Site Visits

Schedule and coordinate client meetings and site visits.
Accompany prospects during site visits and provide detailed project presentations.
Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the visit and sales process.
Maintain records of client interactions and site visit outcomes.

Market Development

Identify new business opportunities within assigned territories.
Build relationships with brokers, channel partners, and local influencers.
Collect market intelligence regarding competitor projects and pricing.

Sales Process Management

Assist customers with booking procedures and documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding.
Update lead status and customer information in CRM on a regular basis.

Reporting & Documentation

Submit daily sales activity reports to the reporting manager.
Maintain records of leads generated, meetings conducted, and conversions achieved.
Share regular updates through WhatsApp groups and CRM systems.
