Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong Gujarati and Hindi communication; basic English is a plus.
• Bike/Scooter with valid driving license mandatory.
• Knowledge of Ahmedabad commercial hubs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily field visits to B2B clients, retail stores, corporate offices, and SMBs in Ahmedabad.
• Pitch and sell IT products (POS systems, hardware) alongside SaaS software solutions.
• Demonstrate product features, explain software benefits, and show ROI for client operations.
• Handle end-to-end sales cycles: cold calling, pitching, objections, closing, and payments/subscriptions.
• Coordinate with the installation team for smooth onboarding after closing.
• Achieve daily visit targets and monthly revenue goals for hardware and SaaS subscriptions.

Job Title: Field Sales Executive - IT Products & Software (SaaS Solutions)

Fixed Salary: 18,000 - 25,000 / month + Travel Reimbursement + Performance Incentives
Key Requirements (Mandatory):
Two-wheeler (Bike/Scooter) + Valid Driving License mandatory
Android Smartphone required (for daily field reporting and client demos)
Good communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi (Basic English is a plus)
Job Roles & Responsibilities:
Conduct daily field visits to B2B clients, retail stores, corporate offices, and SMBs across designated Ahmedabad areas.
Pitch and sell IT Products (POS systems, hardware, display setups) alongside our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) business software solutions.
Demonstrate product features, explain software benefits, and show how our technology automates and grows client business operations.
Handle end-to-end sales cycles: cold calling in the field, product pitching, objection handling, closing deals, and collecting payments/subscriptions.
Coordinate with the technical setup team to ensure smooth installation and client onboarding after closing the deal.
Achieve daily visit targets and monthly revenue goals for both hardware sales and software subscriptions.
Eligibility & Skills:
Education: 12th Pass, Diploma, or Any Graduate (B.Com / BCA / BBA preferred).
Experience: 0 to 3 years in B2B Field Sales, IT Sales, Software Sales, POS/ERP Solutions, or Telecom sales (tech-savvy freshers with strong pitch skills can apply).
Basic understanding of how business software/apps and hardware setups operate.
Good local network or knowledge of Ahmedabad commercial hubs (e.g., SG Highway, CG Road, Ashram Road, Prahlad Nagar, Nikol, Naroda).
