Job summary

Quantum Global seeks a proactive on-ground representative for prototype development and vendor coordination in Bengaluru. You will travel daily to fabrication and manufacturing sites, explain project requirements from company drawings, and coordinate multiple vendors to meet timelines.

Freshers are welcome. You should own a two-wheeler, have a valid licence, and be fluent in Kannada/English. This role offers exposure to AI, robotics, and product development while working closely with the Founder.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Kannada and English speaking preferred.
• Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving licence.
• Comfortable travelling daily across Bangalore, especially Peenya and other industrial areas.
• Honest, organised, and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Represent Quantum Global during meetings with fabrication and manufacturing vendors.
• Travel regularly to manufacturing areas in Bengaluru and other industrial areas across Bangalore.
• Explain project requirements using drawings and documentation provided by the company.
• Coordinate with CNC, laser cutting, fabrication, machining, electronics, and prototype vendors.
• Follow up on quotations, manufacturing progress, timelines, and deliveries.
• Capture photos and videos of ongoing work and submit daily updates.
• Collect manufactured parts and deliver them when required.
• Report daily progress directly to the Founder with clear updates.
• Escalate technical questions whenever required.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: 20,00022,000 per month (based on experience).
