The role involves identifying camp opportunities, coordinating with doctors, hospital teams, and local partners, managing on-ground execution, tracking patient enquiries, and expanding the hospital's presence through proactive field marketing and lead generation.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience in hospital/healthcare marketing and field marketing.
• Experience organizing medical camps / health camps is a plus.
• Strong communication, networking, coordination, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with field work and extensive travel.
• Ability to independently coordinate multiple activities and stakeholders.
• Target-oriented with proactive lead generation in healthcare marketing.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute medical camps and healthcare outreach activities across the territory.
• Identify and develop relationships with corporates, residential communities, associations, NGOs, and local institutions for camp opportunities.
• Coordinate with doctors, hospital teams, vendors, and local partners to ensure smooth camp execution.
• Manage camp logistics, branding, promotional activities, materials, and on-ground arrangements.
• Conduct local market activities to increase awareness of Avis Hospitals and its healthcare services.
• Generate and track patient enquiries and leads through camps and field activities.
• Coordinate with Patient Counselling / Hospital teams for timely follow-up of leads generated through camps.
• Maintain records of camps conducted, participation, enquiries, follow-ups, and outcomes.
• Identify new locations and opportunities for community outreach and healthcare marketing.
• Travel extensively within the assigned territory as required.

The role involves identifying opportunities for medical camps, coordinating with local stakeholders, managing on-ground execution, and working closely with hospital and counselling teams to generate patient enquiries and strengthen the hospital's presence in the local market.

Preferred Experience & Skills:

• 1-4 years of experience in Hospital Marketing, Healthcare Marketing, Medical Camps, Community Outreach, Field Marketing, Pharma, Medical Representative roles, or Healthcare Business Development.
• Experience in organizing or coordinating medical camps / health camps will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, networking, coordination, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with field work and extensive travel.

• Target-oriented and proactive approach to field marketing and lead generation.
• Candidates with experience in hospital or healthcare sales & marketing are preferred.
