Qualifications

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Understanding of GSM/GPRS/3G/LTE concepts.
• TCP/IP communication knowledge.
• Knowledge of networking protocols including VPN/OpenVPN, IPSEC, HTTP, MQTT, FTP, PPP, SSL.
• Knowledge of industrial protocols like Modbus, DLMS, IEC101/104, DNP3.
• Proficiency in Linux and Windows operating systems; Linux development is a plus.
• Familiarity with tools like Docklite, Wireshark, TCP test tools.
• Strong analytic skills; prior technical support experience is a plus.
• Good spoken and written English communication.
• General software and hardware skills including schematic analysis and debugging.

Responsibilities

• Understand complete company product and solution portfolio, train and self-train on company products.
• Understand the customer technical/solution requirements.
• Configure/Program products/solutions to suit customer field requirements.
• Provide presale support including on-site and off-site support to customer, product training and application notes.
• Provide post sale support to customer including reproducing issues and fixing the same.
• Support the internal testing and product validation team.
• Detailed reporting and documentation using ticketing system; report critical issues to management and escalate when necessary.
• Work with local and international R&D teams when issues are complex.
• Ensure weekly/monthly MIS reports are maintained and shared.
