Job summary

Kongsberg Automotive AS in Palwal, Haryana, India, seeks an experienced Warehouse/FG Operations professional to oversee daily FG receipt, storage and dispatch. Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in FG, warehouse, stores or dispatch operations.
• Experience in automotive/manufacturing industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of FIFO, stock reconciliation and 5S practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily finished goods receipt, storage and dispatch operations.
• Ensure proper material identification, labelling, traceability and FIFO implementation.
• Maintain accurate FG inventory records in SAP/ERP and perform stock reconciliation.
• Coordinate with Production, PPC, Quality and Sales teams for material availability and dispatch planning.
• Ensure timely customer dispatch as per delivery schedules and requirements.
• Verify packing, labelling and dispatch-related documentation.
• Monitor stock discrepancies, material damage and inventory accuracy.
• Maintain warehouse 5S, safety and material handling standards.
• Prepare daily inventory and dispatch reports.
• Support internal and external audits and continuous improvement activities.

Educational Qualification

Diploma / Graduate in Mechanical, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, B.Com, BBA or any relevant discipline.

8 to 10 years of experience in FG, warehouse, stores or dispatch operations, preferably in the automotive/manufacturing industry.
