Job summary

Convegenius Edu is seeking an Education Field Officer to support the on-ground rollout of SwiftPAL, SwiftClass, and learning bots across government schools in Bokaro. You will spend time in classrooms, observe how children learn, and use dashboard insights to tailor activities and groupings.

You will mentor teachers, help them adopt simple digital tools, build relationships with school leaders and local officials, and collect data to drive iterative learning improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 1–2 years in education or field program.
• Basic digital literacy with access to a personal device.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi (read, write, and speak).
• Candidates with access to personal transport are preferred.

• Provide need-based remedial support and mentoring to students, while also helping teachers use technology in simple, practical, and effective ways to respond to different learning needs in the classroom.
• Work closely with teachers, school leaders, BRCs, CRCs, local education officials, and community members to build strong relationships, create shared ownership, and ensure that the program is implemented with care and consistency.
• Document progress, collect and analyze data, solve on-ground challenges, and coordinate with internal teams to keep implementation smooth. Just as importantly, bring bottom-up feedback from schools and communities so that the program keeps learning, improving, and staying rooted in real needs.
