Key Responsibilities
- 1. Develop and implement processes for high-quality curriculum development aligned with national standards for parents and educators in the public education system, targeting ages 0-3 and 3-6.
- 2. Lead the content and training material creation process for different ECCE domains in Hindi language (ideation, shooting video footage, coordinating with media editors)
- 3. Support in Scripting/Translation and Quality Management of all content produced in Hindi Language
- 4. Plan and anchor pilot-testing/user-testing across various content formats in Hindi—videos, games, worksheets, images and polls to assess effectiveness of RL's curriculum and to integrate user feedback into content development.
- 5. Review curriculum monthly and annual plans for Parent and Teacher product in assigned geos with State Academic Leads (SALs)
- 6. Support in optimizing the Learning Management System (LMS) along with SALs to ensure full functionality, including automated scheduling, content uploads, and user engagement for Kannada
- 7. Offer support to align the curriculum with state requirements and national standards to ensure efficient content distribution and meeting of educational goals, for assigned geos along with SMEs.
- 8. Build relationships/support in maintaining relationships with external stakeholders, as per requirements.
- 9. Participate in monthly and quarterly check-ins with Operations Teams of assigned geos to continuously improve and customize educational content as per state and national standards along with SME.
- 10. Observe/support/conduct in training facilitation (both in-person and online) to enhance technical
- 11. Join selected geo-specific WhatsApp groups to perform quality checks on the TP/PP journey and provide semi-annual reports of insights for assigned geos.
- 12. Plan and conduct field visits for assigned-geos for observations/trainings/research.
- 13. Support in development of interactive educational games and technologies
- 14. Support cross-team functions and collaboration for all assigned geo-initiatives/pilot programs, address ad-hoc requests, troubleshoot issues, and innovate educational approaches and technologies.
- 15. Enhance team skills and cohesiveness through participation in and initiation of regular professional development and team building activities.
Critical Factors for Success
- Degree or certification in Early Childhood Care and Education/ Human Development/ Education/Child Psychology and Development/Social Work.
- 4-7 years of work experience in education either as a curriculum developer, teacher or on teacher training programs.
- Have a strong understanding of how children learn and develop in their early years.
- Interest in developing expertise in the development of digital and offline instructional tools.
- Be comfortable presenting in front of the camera.
- Willingness to travel few days locally and statewide each week for field visits, trainings and educational shoots
- Willingness to participate and provide need-based support with additional requirements for growth of team and organization
- Be able to adapt to the demands of a young, fast-growing organization.
- Be comfortable working with technology in hybrid work environment.
- Be fluent in Odia , Hindi, English. Knowledge of other Indian languages is a bonus.
