Capgemini, a global technology leader, is seeking an experienced professional to drive the conceptual design and end-to-end impact analysis of business applications. You will mentor junior colleagues and validate supplier designs while aligning IT solutions with business goals.

This role offers flexible work arrangements across India. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in design and implementation support, with strong skills in BI, data testing, and integration strategies.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with PowerBI Desktop/Service and Power Query.
• Advanced skills in DAX and SQL Server.
• Intermediate experience with SAP Data Sphere or S/4 HANA.

Responsibilities

• Owns the conceptual design and end-to-end impact analysis of business applications.
• Mentors junior team members and provides technical guidance.
• Defines integration and parallel testing criteria.
• Understands business processes and customer needs to align IT solutions.
• Supports business cases, cost/benefit analysis, risk assessment, and ROM estimates.
• Acts as Business–IT liaison and supports implementation, troubleshooting, and training.

Provides high level of expertise in the design and functionality of business applications; Understands the business objectives and how best they can be supported by IT; Responsible for the conceptual design of business applications; Reviews and validates the technical design for business applications provided by the supplier; Performs quality review checks on project deliverables; Validates suppliers estimates; Performs impact analysis of application changes across various components; Estimates Rough Order of Magnitude to implement new application functionality; Specifies / recommends integration and parallel testing criteria; Supports the implementation activities, as required; Mentors lower level colleagues.
