KSA INC in Kolkata seeks a fashion retail associate to understand shoppers’ preferences and guide them through outfits for casual and formal occasions. You will explain fabrics, fits, colors, and care, while keeping up with seasonal trends and brand guidelines.

You will assist with product presentation, maintain a clean selling area, and collaborate with teams to meet sales targets and deliver excellent customer service and after-sales support.

• Understand customers’ fashion preferences, requirements, lifestyle, occasion, and budget.
• Provide personalized fashion and styling recommendations based on customer needs.
• Assist customers in selecting apparel, footwear, accessories, and complete looks.
• Explain product features, fabrics, fits, sizes, colors, styling options, and care instructions.
• Stay updated on current fashion trends, seasonal collections, and customer preferences.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective product recommendations.
• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat visits and long-term engagement.
• Handle customer queries, product concerns, exchanges, and basic after-sales support professionally.
• Support upselling and cross-selling by suggesting relevant complementary products and accessories.
• Maintain attractive product presentation and support visual merchandising standards.
• Keep the assigned sales area organized, clean, and customer-ready.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new collections, promotions, offers, and brand guidelines.
• Collect customer feedback and share relevant insights with the store, sales, and merchandising teams.
• Support fashion events, product launches, promotional activities, and brand initiatives as required.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service and overall store operations.
