Purple Style Labs (PSL) in Surat is seeking a customer‑focused Sales Associate to deliver outstanding service, understand client needs, and convert walk‑ins into sales. You will develop sales strategies, respond professionally to complaints, and prepare daily sales reports in a fast‑paced fashion environment.

You will stay current with fashion trends, generate leads, and guide clients on outfits and fabrics that match their style and budget, building lasting relationships with shoppers.

• Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.
• Understanding customer buying behavior

• Remaining up to date with current fashion trends & principles.
• Generating and pursuing leads to grow your client base.
• Providing tailored advice on individual pieces, whole outfits, colors, styles & fabrics that will suit the clients' preferences, style, body type and price range.
