Job summary

KSA INC in Gurugram is seeking a fashion-savvy sales associate to understand customers’ preferences, requirements, lifestyle, occasion, and budget. You will provide personalized styling recommendations and assist customers in selecting apparel, footwear, and accessories to create complete looks.

Stay updated on trends, promotions, and brand guidelines while helping to maintain store presentation and achieve sales targets.

• Provide personalized fashion and styling recommendations based on customer needs.
• Assist customers in selecting apparel, footwear, accessories, and complete looks.
• Recommend suitable outfits for casual, formal, festive, party, wedding, and special occasions.
• Explain product features, fabrics, fits, sizes, colors, styling options, and care instructions.
• Stay updated on current fashion trends, seasonal collections, and customer preferences.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective product recommendations.
• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat visits and long-term engagement.
• Handle customer queries, product concerns, exchanges, and basic after-sales support professionally.
• Support upselling and cross-selling by suggesting relevant complementary products and accessories.
• Maintain attractive product presentation and support visual merchandising standards.
• Keep the assigned sales area organized, clean, and customer-ready.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new collections, promotions, offers, and brand guidelines.
• Collect customer feedback and share relevant insights with the store, sales, and merchandising teams.
• Support fashion events, product launches, promotional activities, and brand initiatives as required.
