Naukripay group is seeking a fashion consultant acting as a personal stylist and retail expert. The role focuses on evaluating client needs, curating flattering outfits based on body type and skin tone, and assisting with personal shopping to build a functional wardrobe aligned with lifestyle or brand requirements.

Responsibilities include client assessment, wardrobe curation, trend awareness, and delivering strong sales and customer service to drive satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in fashion retail or styling or a customer-facing fashion role.
• Degree or diploma in Fashion Design, Merchandising, or related field (helpful but flexible).
• Strong understanding of color analysis, morpho-style (body shapes), fabric quality, and garment fit.
• Exceptional communication, active listening, patience, and keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Client Assessment: Analyze client preferences, body type, budget, and lifestyle requirements.
• Wardrobe Curation: Audit wardrobes, recommend modifications, and select clothing and accessories.
• Trend Awareness: Stay updated with latest fashion trends and styling principles.
• Sales & Customer Service: Assist customers in-store, drive sales, and achieve store targets.
