Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Biology K12/NEET Faculty to join our B2G education initiatives in Jharkhand. The role involves teaching Biology to government school students and preparing them for K12 academics and competitive examinations such as NEET. The faculty will be responsible for building strong conceptual understanding, strengthening students' problem-solving abilities, and motivating them to achieve their academic and career aspirations.

What you'll do

• Teach Biology for K12 and NEET preparation to government school students.
• Develop strong conceptual understanding of Biology through structured and engaging classroom sessions.
• Prepare students for NEET by covering the relevant syllabus, concepts, MCQs, and examination strategies.
• Identify students' learning gaps and provide appropriate academic support.
• Simplify complex Biology concepts and explain them in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Conduct regular assessments, tests, and practice sessions to track student progress.
• Analyse student performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
• Motivate and mentor students to build confidence and develop a strong interest in Biology.
• Help students prepare strategically to achieve their NEET and higher-education aspirations.
• Collaborate with the academic and on-ground teams to ensure effective delivery of the program.
• Maintain a positive, disciplined, and engaging classroom learning environment.
• Support the team in improving student learning outcomes and overall academic performance.

What we're looking for

• Experience: 3–5 years of proven teaching experience in Biology for JEE/NEET.
• Strong command of Biology concepts and the ability to teach K12 as well as NEET-level content.
• Experience teaching students for competitive examinations, particularly NEET, is essential.
• Strong classroom management and student engagement skills.
