Position: Factory Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities and ensure smooth factory operations.

• Monitor manpower, machine utilization, and production schedules to meet targets.

• Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with safety and company policies.

• Coordinate with production, maintenance, stores, and quality teams for efficient workflow.

• Track inventory, raw materials, and finished goods to minimize delays and wastage.

• Prepare daily production reports and address operational issues promptly.
