Job summary

You will drive manpower planning, high-volume recruitment, and workforce mobilisation to meet production needs, while building strong talent pipelines and ensuring compliance. The role requires 10+ years in garment HR, with hands-on experience in factory environments and a track record of delivering workforce metrics.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of HR experience in garment manufacturing.
• Proven track record in large-scale factory manpower planning and recruitment.
• Strong stakeholder management and people leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end manpower planning and workforce optimisation aligned with production requirements
• High-volume recruitment across operators, helpers, trainees, technicians, supervisors and other factory roles
• Workforce mobilisation for capacity expansion, greenfield and brownfield projects
• Building strong talent pipelines through local sourcing, referrals, institutes, recruitment partners and job fairs
• Recruitment TAT, cost-per-hire, joining ratios and overall hiring effectiveness
• Workforce analytics covering manpower, attrition, absenteeism, productivity and deployment
• Employee engagement, retention and shop-floor HR initiatives
• Factory HR operations, employee relations and statutory compliance
• Leading and developing a high-performing Factory HR & Recruitment team

Shahi Exports Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Factory HR to lead the HR function for a large-scale garment manufacturing facility.

We are looking for an HR professional who has strong hands-on experience in the garment/apparel industry, particularly in large-scale manpower planning, high-volume hiring and workforce mobilisation.

What you will lead:

• End-to-end manpower planning and workforce optimisation aligned with production requirements

• Strong experience managing large blue-collar workforces
• Good understanding of garment manufacturing operations and shop-floor manpower structures
• Exposure to factory expansion
• Strong stakeholder management and people leadership skills
• Data-driven approach with a strong focus on workforce delivery and business outcomes
