Job summary

Nikis Nirvana in Pune District seeks a dedicated Facility Supervisor to oversee day-to-day property operations. This on-site role requires living on the premises, coordinating staff and vendors, and reporting to owners/management.

You will inspect the property, resolve issues, and ensure maintenance tasks are completed with daily, weekly, and monthly checklists provided by management.

Work Location: Nikis Nirvana, Pasure, Bhor, Pune District Full-time on-site/stay-at-property role.

FACILITY SUPERVISOR – PROPERTY OPERATIONS

Full Time | Permanent | Food and On-site Accommodation Provided

Nikis Nirvana is looking for a responsible, dependable supervisor to oversee the day-to-day functioning of the property and report directly to the Owners/Management.

Your role is to inspect the property, identify issues, coordinate the right staff or vendor, follow up until completion, verify the work and report its status. Management will provide daily, weekly and monthly checklists.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Walk around the entire property daily; check housekeeping and general cleanliness.
• Check lights and visible electrical fixtures; identify visible plumbing, water and maintenance problems.
• Coordinate electricians, plumbers, maintenance staff, contractors and vendors; follow up and recheck completed work.
• Monitor basic progress of ongoing site/construction work and report obvious delays or concerns.
• Check that gardening/horticulture staff and routine pet/animal-care staff have completed assigned work.
• Coordinate security and general property staff when needed.
• Maintain checklist and pending-item status; send useful WhatsApp updates, photos/videos to management and escalated matters requiring owner approval.

For example, if an outdoor light fails, identify it, coordinate with the electrician, follow up, check that it works and update management. This is a supervision and coordination role: you are not expected to work as an electrician, plumber, civil engineer, gardener, veterinarian or housekeeping worker.

WHO CAN APPLY

Practical, reliable people who take ownership, can supervise people and consistently get work completed. Candidates from facilities, properties, residential societies, estates/farmhouses, guest houses, hospitality, general administration, maintenance coordination or site operations may apply. Previous industry and size of site managed are not important; useful team/site supervision experience matters.

Formal qualifications are flexible: 12th Pass, ITI, Diploma or any Graduate. Engineering, hotel-management and specialist facility qualifications are not required.

You must be willing to live on-site, physically inspect/walk around the property, coordinate staff/vendors, follow up and communicate with management. Basic smartphone/WhatsApp use, photos/videos and simple checklists are required.

Marathi is strongly preferred; Hindi is useful; basic English is sufficient. Candidates from Pune, Maharashtra or elsewhere who are willing to relocate are welcome. Immediate joining is preferred, but joining availability is flexible.

PAY AND BENEFITS

30,000–35,000 per month (3.6–4.2 LPA), excluding food/accommodation.

Food and on-site accommodation will be provided. Accommodation is currently a simple, comfortable staff-room setup with a private bedroom and washroom.
