Job summary

NCR Atleos in Mumbai is seeking a Facility Security Manager APAC to lead end-to-end physical security operations across sites. The role requires 8–10 years of hands-on experience and a focus on manpower deployment, SOPs, vendor coordination and security automation systems.

You will ensure protection of employees, visitors, assets, and infrastructure; manage incident response, reporting and MIS; coordinate with authorities and service providers; and drive improvements through audits and drills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in physical security operations.
• Graduate in any discipline; defense/paramilitary background is an advantage.
• Proficiency with CCTV, VMS, ACS and security automation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day physical security operations across sites/facilities.

The role requires strong operational control, process orientation, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.Key Responsibilities 1. Physical Security Operations* Manage day-to-day physical security operations across assigned sites/facilities.* Ensure protection of employees, visitors, assets, and infrastructure.* Oversee access control, perimeter security, surveillance, and patrolling activities.* Conduct routine inspections, audits, and compliance checks.2. Manpower Management & Deployment* Plan, deploy, and supervise security manpower as per operational and risk requirements.* Prepare duty rosters, shift schedules, relievers, and leave planning.* Monitor guard performance, discipline, and adherence to SOPs.* Address issues related to absenteeism, misconduct, and operational gaps.3.
