Job summary

NCR Atleos in Mumbai is seeking an Infrastructure Ops Engineer I to monitor alerts, manage incidents, and coordinate with resolver teams to drive root-cause analysis and permanent fixes. You will perform routine system administration tasks and contribute to on-call rotations.

Ideal candidates have 1-3 years of monitoring experience, knowledge of UNIX/Windows, and familiarity with tools such as Nagios, SolarWinds, ServiceNow, and Postilion; familiarity with AWS/Azure/OpenStack is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of monitoring/ops experience preferred.
• Strong Unix/Windows administration and incident handling knowledge.
