Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Facility Manager - Technical to oversee housekeeping muster, MEP SLA adherence, and issue resolution across shifts. The role includes ensuring proper recording, timely action, and coordination with the engineering and HK teams to maintain facility standards.

Responsibilities include rostering for Helpdesk and Front Office, adherence to policies and KPI, and conducting facility walks to ensure quality housekeeping across rest rooms and common areas.

Qualifications

• Maintain housekeeping muster and acknowledge penalties/comments for improvements
• Ensure MEP services meet SLAs
• Discuss and track housekeeping issues with team for timely closure
• Conduct facility walkthroughs to assess rest rooms and common areas for quality housekeeping
• Assist Property Manager monthly with vendor performance matrix

Responsibilities

• Ensure upkeep of pantry equipment and reprographic equipment; take necessary actions
• Record communications in Technical/HK team log book for next shift
• Plan facility tours and list required actions
• Prepare weekly rosters for Helpdesk, Front Office, Mail Room and inform teams in advance
• Adhere to policies, processes, procedures and statutory documents
• Adhere to SLA & KPI agreements
• Coordinate with Engineering team for issues needing their assistance
• Carry out planned preventive maintenance (PPM) as per schedule and complete checklists
