Property solutions India Pvt ltd invites applications for a Facility Manager (Softservices/Housekeeping) at Narasapura Industrial Road, Kolar, Karnataka. Responsibilities

• Be accessible for escalation of all FM related issues for the facility.
• Ensure immediate response to Priority Calls.
• Meet the housekeeping in charge during the shift to discuss and communicate priorities for the shift and address complaints, Keep stock of all consumables
• Generate Monthly Management Reports in the agreed format to the FM
• Performs additional job duties as requested
• Adhere to the Client procurement procedures
• Provide overall services in accordance with Client standard processes and procedures including application of policies and programs, coordination of information
• Demonstrate leadership, responsiveness and creativity
• Ensure 100% statutory & labor compliance
• Drive cost savings through proper implementation of SOPs
• Control attrition; identify potential; address employee grievances
• Excellent Execution skills
• People Management skills
• Problem Solving and escalation handling skills
