Knight Frank is seeking a Facility Executive for Soft Services in Hyderabad (Kondapur). The role requires ensuring housekeeping standards across sites, managing staff, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining reports for performance and compliance. The candidate should be female as preferred.

Experience is 0-4 years with qualifications in Intermediate, Diploma, or any graduate degree. Strong communication and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Lay down housekeeping standards for all sites.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure that these standards are met.
• Selection and training of Housekeeping personnel at the sites.
• Advise the Site Manager on implementing cost effective measures.
• Coordinate with vendors.
• Ensure receipt and analysis of site reports to identify loopholes and avert crisis.
• Ensure adherence to policies and procedures applicable to the FM function.
• Ensure required staff strength is maintained at all times as per contract and fill vacancies as needed.
• Ensure housekeeping equipment provided by the agency is in working condition.
• Maintain stock of chemicals required for housekeeping at the site.

Responsibilities:

• Lay down housekeeping standards for all sites.

• Co-ordinate with vendors
• Ensure receipt and analysis of site reports to identify loopholes and avert crisis.
• Ensure adherence to policies and procedures applicable to the FM function.
• Ensure required staff strength is maintained at all time as agreed in the contract and coordinate with office and fill the vacancy if any shortage on man power.
• Ensure all the Housekeeping equipment supplied by agency are in working condition.
• Ensure all the chemical required to maintain housekeeping services are available and required stock is maintained at site at all time.
