Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) Hyderabad is seeking an experienced Facility Manager to oversee end-to-end facility operations, ensuring service delivery, compliance and client satisfaction. The role covers hard and soft services, vendor performance, workplace experience and overall site operations.

You will lead facility teams and vendor partners, manage budgets, monitor SLAs/KPIs, ensure EHS compliance, and drive cost optimization while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in facilities management, corporate real estate, or integrated facility management.
• Strong knowledge of hard and soft services operations.
• Experience in vendor management, budgeting, and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall facility operations, including soft services, hard services, security, and workplace experience.

• Ensure compliance with EHS, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee preventive maintenance programs and asset management activities.

• Handle escalations, risk mitigation, and business continuity requirements.
• Ensure timely reporting, audits, and documentation of facility operations.
