Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a dedicated Facilities Manager for the On-site Hyderabad location. You will lead the facilities team, supervise day-to-day operations, manage vendor contracts, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

You will drive continuous improvement, monitor budgets, prepare reports, and maintain strong client satisfaction through effective communication and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in facilities management.
• Good working knowledge in occupational safety.

What this job involves:

• Prioritise the facilities’ needs.
• Work with both the facilities manager and the assistant facilities manager to oversee the property’s day‑to‑day operations and ensure all administrative functions, security issues and facility services are covered.
• Strive for continuous improvement in the process.
• Keep an eye on the property’s supplies and ensure adequate stocks and materials.
• Manage supply and service contracts as approved by clients.
• Help mitigate risks by partaking in emergency evacuation procedures and handling crisis management and business continuity plans.
• Be on top of health and safety issues that may arise, and actively participate in reviewing them.
• Monitor the property’s budget; make sure there’s enough petty cash to support operations.
• Ensure vendor invoice processes comply with standards.
• Go above and beyond expectations.
• Client satisfaction is second nature: take on difficult issues and seek opportunities to improve operations.
• Be constantly in tune with the team to achieve key performance metrics and meet service level agreements.
• Carry out routine service audits to ensure the team maintains overall performance.
• Create stock reports, meeting minutes and monthly management reports to the clients.

To apply you need to have:

• Strong knowledge of property operations.
• Playing a key role, the ideal candidate holds a degree in business or hotel and building management, and at least three to five years’ experience in facilities management.
• You must also demonstrate good working knowledge in occupational safety, as well as aptitude in client‑centric operations.
• Solid background in team management.
