Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or Facilities.
• 2 to 5 years of soft service management experience (housekeeping, pest control, waste).
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license for the Mumbai area.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular on-site audits and inspections of soft services.
• Supervise and train housekeeping, security, and cleaning staff.
• Coordinate and resolve service issues reported by clients and facility users.
• Manage and oversee pest control and waste management programs.
• Coordinate with external vendors for facade, landscape, and other specialty cleaning.
• Ensure all hygiene protocols and safety compliance standards are met.
• Maintain accurate records, service schedules, and performance logs.
• Travel to multiple locations across the Western Line, Mumbai.
