Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Mumbai is seeking a seasoned Facility Executive–Technical to oversee all building systems—HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, security, and elevator systems—and to implement preventive maintenance to maximize equipment lifespan and uptime.

You will lead technical staff, manage external vendors, ensure compliance with codes, and drive energy management initiatives while maintaining safety and business continuity for a large on-site facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related technical field is required.
• 7–10+ years of experience in commercial facility management or technical services.
• 3+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, security, and elevator systems.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment lifecycle and minimize downtime.
• Monitor building automation systems (BAS) and energy management systems.
